Terms of Service

This is a working draft based on the client-supplied Master Protected Policy document - not a binding legal document yet. Have an attorney finalize it (including the governing-law/dispute-resolution clause) before launch, same as the Affiliate Agreement and Income Disclosure Statement.

1. Acceptance of terms

By registering an account, purchasing any digital product tier ($49 Tier 1, $100 Tier 2, $100 Tier 3, or $150 Tier 4), or otherwise using Travel Savage Loop (the "Platform"), you ("Customer," "Member," or "Affiliate") agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and — if you participate as an affiliate — our Affiliate Agreement. This policy is permanently accessible via the back-office navigation menu under "Legal & Policies" and in the platform footer.

2. Merchant gateway compliance & digital delivery

Charges on your bank or credit card statement will appear as "TRAVEL SAVAGE LOOP" or "TSL*TRAVEL ACCESS." Travel Savage Loop is a non-tangible digital software, AI utility, and Savage Discount Deals service provider. Upon successful payment, full login credentials and software access keys are delivered instantly via electronic transmission to your registered email address and member dashboard. Purchases are for actual, immediate digital software licenses and service access — payment is strictly for product content and software access, not for investment opportunities, securities, or financial returns.

3. Digital product deliverables per tier

Tier 1 ($49): Savage Discount Deals (a branded outbound link, not an integrated booking API) plus the AI Budgeter trip-cost calculator.
Tier 2 ($100): Savage Commander AI — an in-browser AI chat and voice assistant, powered by the company's own OpenAI account. You never need your own OpenAI account or API key; usage draws from a monthly AI-credit and voice-minute allowance included with this tier, with additional credit packs available for purchase.
Tier 3 ($100): the Savage SMS Messaging suite, once connected by the company.
Tier 4 ($150): the Savage Marketing Suite (email/autoresponder), once connected by the company.

4. Commercial business model

All payouts (direct commissions, matrix spot payouts, and sponsor match) originate solely from real tier purchases. No compensation is paid for the mere act of recruitment or member registration.

5. Reservations & the 7-day timer

A free registration reserves a placeholder position for 7 calendar days (168 hours) with no product access. If Tier 1 isn't activated within that window, the reservation expires. Upgrades to Tiers 2, 3, and 4 always require your own explicit action — you may apply your own earned wallet balance toward an upgrade, paying only the remaining difference; nothing upgrades automatically.

6. Accounts

You must be 18 or older to register.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Information you provide (name, email) must be accurate.

7. Customer support & pre-dispute resolution

In the event of billing questions, technical login issues, or service inquiries, please contact our support department before contacting your credit card issuer or bank — this avoids account disruption and ensures the fastest resolution. Support inquiries are handled within 24 to 48 business hours.

9. Prohibited conduct

Misrepresenting the company, its products, or the compensation plan.
Attempting to manipulate the matrix, sales tracking, or commission system.
Uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content anywhere on the Platform.
Interfering with the Platform's normal operation or security.

10. FTC income disclaimer

Travel Savage Loop makes no guarantees of profit, earnings, or matrix fill speed. Earnings depend entirely on individual marketing skill and effort. All affiliates must display the following exact text on their marketing materials: "Earnings results are not guaranteed. Income depends on individual sales volume, effort, and skill. Travel Savage Loop is a digital travel software and AI utility provider, not an investment scheme."

11. Intellectual property

The Travel Savage Loop name, logo, and platform content belong to the company. Affiliates may use only company-approved marketing materials — see the Affiliate Agreement for details.

12. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is." Travel offers depend on third-party providers and are subject to their own availability and terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travel Savage Loop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. 13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Affiliate Agreement. You may close your account at any time.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms do not require a physical signature — continued account access constitutes agreement.

15. Governing law

To be set by counsel, typically the company's home jurisdiction.
